Randy offers more than 20 years of coating application, development and management experience, including OEM qualifications BMS 10-85 and BAC 5684, as well as innovating in the areas of coating application efficiency, improving PPH by as much as 200%. In addition, he holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Jeremy Williams
Director of Operations
Jeremy brings over 25 years of working in IT with 20 years of management experience as key member of teams in the medical technology and aerospace fields, including 10 years management experience at Boeing accredited metal finishers. Jeremy adds hands-on technical, operational, and IT/IS management experience to the team.

Chava has played a vital role in the development of current coating methods and various qualifications in his career. He offers more than 20 years of experience in coating applications such as aluminum pigmented coatings, solid film lubricants, and two-component coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.).

Onofre Vasquez brings over 25 years of experience in coating applications, including aluminum pigmented coatings, dry-film lubricants, and two-component systems such as epoxies and polyurethanes. He plays a vital role in developing and refining our current coating methods and supporting a wide range of customer and industry qualifications.
